Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 juiced lime
- 1⁄4 cup drained jalapeƱos
- 3 chopped large tomatoes
- 4 8 oz fish filets
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Over medium high heat, heat the oil in a large skillet. Saute the green pepper, garlic, and onion about 5 minutes until soft. Add the white pepper, cinnamon, lime juice and chiles and blend for 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes or until thickened. Place the fish filets into a greased baking dish and top with the tomato sauce. Bake 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
